"... pray in the Spirit on all occassions...pray continually... "

Ephesians 6:18 , I Thessalonians 5:17 NIV

It is imperative during the course of our day, to take time for a "prayer break". Just as we need to take breaks for emotional and physical reasons, we also need to do so for spiritual reasons.
Although this will not guarantee us a problem-free day, we will find that the more prayer breaks that we take, the better we will be able to handle our daily situations.
If we strive to maintain a constant attitude of prayer (i.e. communication with God), we will soon walk in the "full assurance of faith" (Heb. 10:22) and a solid recognition that God's powerful presence is always with us. Thus, we can say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man (or anything else for that matter) do to me?" (Heb. 13:6)

With God, we never get a busy signal, and He's always available to spend time with us. Deepening our relationship with Him is the most enriching and vitalizing experience of our lives. Pray Today!!!
